The premises are located on New Coin Street which is accessed off Union Street, off Middleton Road (B6195) which links into Rochdale Road (A671). The A627 (M) motorway is within 2.5 miles (4 kilometres) of the subject property which provides direct access to the M62 motorway at junction 20. In addition, the M60 can be accessed at junction 22 via the A627 or junction 21 via A663 approximately 3.5 miles (5.6 kilometres) to the south. Oldham town centre is approximately 2 miles (3.2 kilometres) to the South of the subject premises and Manchester City centre is approximately 8 miles (12.8 Kilometres) to the South of the subject premises.
