This is a rectangular site with two vehicular entrances from Newport Street: one (North entrance) for commercial loading with access to a full height roller shutter door; the other (South entrance) with surfaced parking for up to 9 cars, and access to the offices. Both entrances are secured by steel perimeter fencing and gates.

The building originally dates from the 1980's, and is of cavity brick and block construction on a steel portal frame, with a two storey office section at the southern end. The main roof is pitched with a profiled metal covering with roof lights. The office section has a flat roof, and double glazed windows.

The warehouse section has a sealed concrete floor and breezeblock walls. The eaves height is approximately 4.8 metres. There is a mezzanine floor over part of the area.

The office finishes include modern lighting, carpeting, and modern heating/cooling units.

There are male and female WC's on both ground and first floors, in addition to a Disabled WC on the Ground floor
