New light industrial units within new development.
Kilmory Park will be a new industrial/business development on the edge of Lochgilphead that will accommodate several requirements for industrial and business space in the town that cannot be met from the present stock, which is generally fully let. Planning consent has been obtained for the site as a whole but further consents will be required for the individual buildings constructed as the development progresses. It is intended that these buildings will, in the main, be built to order, although some spec units may be put up as the scheme progresses. In addition, plots may be available to purchase on which buyers can make their own arrangements for construction.
Location
Kilmory Industrial Estate is a new estate formed at the southern end of Lochgilphead off the A83 (Glasgow) road.
Accommodation
The buildings can be constructed to required areas.
Macleod Construction have installed partial infrastructure to the site in order to commence the first buildings, however, each new building will require to go through the planning, etc., processes before any occupation can take place.
Terms
Properties can be made available for both rental and sale. Leases would require to be at least 10 years in length, without break clauses.
Rents and sale prices will be dependant on the quality of fit out (which our clients are happy to discuss with all interested parties) and, again will be dependant on both costs and the timing of any particular lease or sale.
