Terms
The compound is let on the basis of a month to month Licence Agreement.
A deposit is required that is equal to one month licence charge prior to moving. In addition, a one month licence vhatrge is also required before moving in.
The licence charge must be paid at the begining of each month by bank transfer.
Business rates are not payable if no other property is already receiving Small Business Rates Relief.
Water rates are payable... this is surface water and highways drainage.
There is no service charge.
