Location

Acorn Industrial Estate is located in Kingston-upon-Hull approximately 1 mile east of the city centre. 

The estate is located between Strawberry Street and Williamson Street. Williamson Street intersects with the A615 at its northern end, providing direct access to the city centre, and Hedon Street at its southern end which in turn provides access to the A63 link road. The A63 provides direct access to the Humber Bridge as well as Junction 38 of the M62 Motorway 17.5 miles to the west. The M62 can be reached in 20 minutes' drive-time. 

Hull Paragon Interchange railway station is located 1.5 miles west of the estate (6 minutes' drive time) and Humberside Airport is located 21 miles to the south (30 minutes' drive time).
