The town of Dunfermline is one of Fifes principle centres of commerce and has a resident population in the region of 50,000 persons. The town lies approximately 5 miles north of the Forth Bridges and 15 miles north of Edinburgh. The town has excellent communication links including two Railway Stations on the Fife Circle line and direct access to the M90 Motorway.
The subjects lie on the south side of Campbell Street in an area of mixed use activity.

The Subjects Comprises a workshop which is of brick construction with a flat and part pitched roof. The subjects benefit from private parking for up to 16 cars which are secured by double swing gates. There are two roller shutter doors which give access to the workshop area. There is a separate pedestrian access which leads to the reception area.

The subjects internally has a large open plan workshop. The floors are of solid construction and are overlaid by tiles and are in part painted.
