Location

The Pioneer units are situated in Belvedere on the borders of South East London and Kent, approximately six miles from Junction 1a of the M25. Access is off Crabtree Manorway South close to its junction with Bronze Age Way (A2016) opposite the former Pirelli factory. The A2016 now provides a dual carriageway access from the Blackwall Tunnel to the M25 (J1A).

Accommodation

The warehouse is a steel portal framed structure with brick elevations supporting a mineral fibre roof with translucent roof lights. Outside the unit to the north is a semi permanent 600 sq ft Modular portacabin with offices, kitchen and toilets. There is a large secure yard to the south side of the unit. Amenities include, steel portal frame construction, eaves height 4.25m, fitted modular office block, secure yard of approx. 33,000 sq ft, 1 x 4.5m and 3x3m steel shutter doors, 3 phase electricity and direct access to Crabtree Manorway South.
