and rendered/harled externally with a flat covered roof over.
The main access is up a number of metal/concrete steps from
the car park to the mezzanine floor into a reception.

The main ground floor offices have solid concrete floors
throughout overlaid in carpet with painted plasterboard walls
and suspended ceiling incorporating LED lighting and ventilation
ducting. Natural lighting is provided by aluminium double
glazed windows and heating by means of a number of electric
panel heaters each with their own timing controls.

The space is split to provide substantial open plan offices
together with a number of cellular offices with glazed
partitioning. Male and female W.Cs together with a tea
preparation area, meeting rooms and canteen are also provided.

A number of steel and concrete stairs give access to the
mezzanine accommodation which is split to provide a larger
modern reception, boardroom, training room and a number of cellular offices.
