The property is located on the north side of Carlyle Avenue between its junctions with Earl Haig and Watt Roads, in the Hillington Industrial Estate, situated just south of the M8 at Junction 26.  Situated between Glasgow and paisley, and close to Glasgow Airport, Hillington is one of the largest industrial sites in the West of Scotland
