Historic planning consent for the erection of two dwellinghouses was conditionally approved under reference no. 971387.

Location

The property is located within the Peterculter suburb of Aberdeen approximately 9 miles to the west of Aberdeen City Centre. The subjects are located off The Bush, which at its southern end adjoins Malcom Road that forms part of the A93 route. The surrounding area is generally mixed in nature, including a range of both residential and commercial uses.
 
Access to the property is taken from The Bush or Malcolm Road, both of which link onto two private, partly made single track roads over which a right of access is understood to exist.
