The Mews, 11 Harrisons Rise, Croydon, CR0 4LL

The property comprises a self-contained part one- and part two-storey building. The two-storey element is of traditional construction and appears to be of part rendered/painted brickwork construction with pitched roof. The single-storey element is comprised of two or three adjoining buildings / extensions. One section has a pitched roof, whilst the others have flat roofs (laid to falls). There is an outdoor gated yard area, which is private safe for access rights by the neighbouring property. Please note that the property requires refurbishment. There is a full heating system, but the gas supply was cut off two years ago. As such, it requires reinstatement.
