Blackburn Interchange comprises offices and industrial / trade counter units as well as a Travelodge, McDonald’s and a petrol filling station. Occupiers on site include Cicely Mercedes, Guide Security Services and The Driving Standards Agency. Blackburn Town Centre is approximately 3 miles to the north, via theA666 (Bolton Road). The development is 13 miles from both Preston and Burnley via the M65 which also provides access to the region’s motorway network. The M6 and M61 are approximately 8 miles to the west and the A56, which provides access to the M66 and subsequently the M60 to the south is 10 miles to the east of the property.
