Barnstaple is the main regional centre for north Devon and is situated on the River Taw. The town is approximately 47 miles north west of Exeter and 48 miles west of Taunton.

The principal access to the motorway network is via the A361 North Devon Link Road leading to junction 27 of the M5 motorway at Tiverton to the south east.

There are two up and over loading doors to the front elevation. Externally, there is a tarmac and concrete yard and parking area at the front of the building providing parking for approximately 20 vehicles.
