Description
The subjects comprise a ground floor restaurant contained within a mid-terraced three storey building with private residential dwelling above. To the rear of the property is a two storey and single storey extension. We would estimate that the original building was constructed in the early 1900s and the extension appears to be added in the 1960s.
The main front building is of traditional red sandstone construction, and surmounted by a pitched and slated roof. The two storey extension to the rear of the property is of brick construction with a roughcast finish and is surmounted by a flat roof overlaid in bitumen felt.
