Location
The property is located on the Corner of West Banks Avenue and Newton Road in the town of Wick. It is situated in a residential area and is only a short walk from; the town centre, Wick railway station, the Caithness General Hospital and the expanding Wick Harbour. Wick airport is a short drive away and normally provides flights to Aberdeen & Edinburgh.
A number of new projects within Wick have increased the attractiveness of the area, including the National Nuclear Archive Centre and the Beatrice Off-shore Windfarm, which uses Wick Harbour as an installation and maintenance base.
