THE BUSINESS
The kennels have been established since the 1960s and our clients are now seeking to retire. Offering a quality lifestyle business opportunity, the kennels are situated within a modern, purpose built property which is fully licensed for 30 dogs and situated within the grounds of the property. The dogs are housed in single and family kennels which are centrally heated and each has its own run which opens into a safety passage. The dogs are exercised in the attached yard. All food is provided and prepared in the purpose built kitchen.

The kennels are open all year round except November when our client closes for holidays and refurbishment works. Our client has operated the business for over 14 years hands on and has gained an excellent reputation over the years. Business is generated via word of mouth and a high level of repeat trade is enjoyed. Daily boarding is available in addition to longer stays.

Charges are currently £8.50, £9 and £9.50 for small, medium and large dogs respectively.
