Middlesex University has concluded that the 21 hectare Trent Park Campus is nearing the end of its economic life and has conducted a series of operational examinations to identify ways in which the University can continue to provide high quality and competitive further education for the 21st century.The result of the analysis has been the decision to rationalise the University's operations and focus on its principal campus facility at The Burrough's, Hendon.Trent Park Campus has therefore been identified as being surplus to their requirements, and its disposal was approved in December 2011.As the University will now leave Trent Park in the summer of 2012 there is an opportunity to retain and enhance the setting of the listed buildings, whilst demolishing and relocating established foot-print to less sensitive parts of the site.All of the disposal information is only available electronically on the dedicated web site
