The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to launch a new cafÈ at the heart of Newbold Comyn Country Park and will be the only cafÈ on site with ample visitor parking plus two designated spaces (delivery arrangements are to be agreed). The adjacent WC and baby changing facilities will be managed and maintained by Warwick District Council. Catering rights are available to a new tenant for the sale of
hot and cold (non-alcoholic) drinks and snacks. ''Snacks'' is defined as cakes, chocolate, sweet and savoury bars, crisps, sandwiches, filled rolls and paninis, ice creams and ice lollies. Any other food items are to be with the landlord's permission which must be expressly sought and obtained. A more definitive list of snacks to be offered for sale may be agreed prior to completion of the lease. The building will be provided in a shell state within the ingoing tenant to provide their own fixtures, fittings and furniture, to include kitchen facilities.
