Location

Terms

Rental
 
The premises are being placed on the market at Offers Over £18,000 per annum. A 6 month’s rental deposit will be required from an incoming tenant. There is a Nil Premium to acquire the new lease. An incoming tenant will gain full use of the trading inventory, although this will remain in the ownership of the landlord.
 
The tenant will also be obliged to purchase draft beer/cider from the Landlord. A significant barrelage discount will be provided to the Tenant.
