The Authority wish to invite Professional Catering Services/ Café operators to tender for this exciting opportunity. It is the Authority's intention that contract shall be awarded to a single source supplier who will be invited to work closely with the Authority and BPC management committee to ensure that the highest standards are met. The Authority's terms and conditions shall apply, including minimum operating hours and leasing arrangements. This contract offers excellent opportunities for the right supplier.
The plan attached shows (see attached brochure) the ground floor of Bathgate Partnership Centre which has been annotated to show the cafe which comprises kitchen, store area and servery coloured blue and extends to approximately 31square meters and the internal and external decked seating area are coloured orange. There are approximately 28 covers internally and 24 covers externally in the garden orchard area.
A fully fitted kitchen will be provided by West Lothian Council, consisting of oven, hob, fridges, and refrigerated displays.

THE USE
The Café will serve a range of quality foods and refreshments including pastries / scones, varied selection of sandwich fillings, Panini fillings, baked potatoes, childrens snacks, hot rolls and soup. Fresh fruit will be sold
with healthy living options given prominent positions in cabinets and till points. Confectionary should be placed furthest from site. Teas, coffees, fruit juices etc will be provided.
ENTRY
Entry with vacant possession can be given immediately on conclusion of legal formalities.
RENTAL
Offers over £8,500 (eight thousand five hundred pounds) per annum to rent this property are invited.
