Location Highlights
The property is situated on Hardwick Lane approximately 50m south of the junction with the A4189 approximately 1.5 miles east of its junction with the A435 which provides direct access to junction 3 of the M42 approximately 8 miles to the north. Outhill Caravan park is located immediately south of Outhill Farm and forms part of a parcel of land between the A4198 and Chester's Green that is connected at this point by Hardwick Lane. The site is bounded by farmland to the north and east and has extensive views over the surrounding countryside.
Village of Studley is approximately 3 miles to the southwest via Hardwick Lane. Redditch town centre is approximately 5 miles to the west. The nearest railway station is at Henley in Arden approximately 4 miles to the east via the A4189. The surrounding area is predominantly rural.
Studley (population 5,879) is situated on the River Arrow and the A435 (Alcester Birmingham Road) which follows the route of an old Roman road. The village contains a range of amenities is now favoured by commuters with the A435 providing direct access to the M42.
Redditch town centre is approximately 5 miles to the northwest which contains a wide range of amenities. Worcester is around 19 miles to the southwest. Stratford Upon Avon is 12 miles to the southeast and Birmingham city centre is approximately 17 miles to the north.

A former holiday park which is to be redeveloped for residential pitches. The site forms a parcel of land extending to approximately 4.36 hectares (10.78 acres) that comprises a mainly level open section formerly used as a caravan park together with a sloping southern section of woodland leading down to Chester's Green. The level section is located on a plateau with views over the surrounding countryside. The open section extends to just over 4 acres with the remainder being scrub and woodland.
Access to the site is over a private track from Hardwick Lane that leads to the open section, and which is in third party ownership and secondly via a gate directly from Chester's Green to the southern section.
