SITUATION
The Loch Tummel Inn is sited some 6 miles west of
Pitlochry on the hillside overlooking Tummel loch. The
Hotel is very near to the Queen’s View, one of Scotland’s
most photographed outlooks.
Nearby Pitlochry is a primary holiday location in the
heart of Scotland. The town boasts to have been a
tourist destination for over 150 years, including Queen
Victoria amongst its earliest visitors. With Edinburgh
only 75 minutes away, St Andrews 90, Loch Ness and
Royal Deeside all within 90 minutes.
The area is popular for tourers, hill walkers, the whisky
trails and skiers during winter months.

The Loch Tummel Inn is a converted former villa with
accommodation over two principal floors under a multi
pitched slate covered roof. The property is constructed
in stone and has been extended over the years. The
building extends along the road making the best use of
the beautiful panoramic views from its elevated position
above Loch Tummel.

There is a small car park for 5 vehicles across the road.
There is a separate pebbled car park for guests and or
the owners adjacent to the main Hotel, this area can
acoomodate up to 5 vehicles.
The Beer Garden
There are two beer gardens at the property. There is a
secluded terrace adjacent to the restaurant area, which
has a mediterainan terrace ambiance. This area could be
used for weddings, or private functions.
Across the road there is a long grassed beer garden
which takes advantage of the views. Both areas are fully
licensed for alcohol.

The Hotel has two main entrances, one leading directly
to the letting accommodation and the other to the
central passage leading to the public bar and other areas.
Ladies & Gents WCs are accessed from the central
passage.
