Tollerton Park Home Estate is located about 5 miles south east of Nottingham City centre, just beyond its built up area and close to the A52 southern ring road. The village of Tollerton, with a population of 1,776 (2011 Census), has a village shop/post office and public house.

Communications are generally good with access to the A52 southern Nottingham bypass within a mile of the property which in turn provides access to the M1 (junctions 24 and 25) within about 15 miles. There are local bus services from outside the park and there are train services from Nottingham Station in the centre of the city.
