Images is an extensive licenced & leisure venue comprising of a traditional public house bar with a large function suite/nightclub directly above. The terraced property is situated on Wellgate, and has two entrances at the front of the property, allowing separate access to each floor.
As you enter the ground floor level, there are various seating areas (approx. 30 covers) with the bar being to the rear. The pub benefits from a pool table, games machines & projector screens to show live sports for customers.
The nightclub/leisure facility on the first floor has recently been refurbished to provide a great space for private functions and is well equipped with DJ sound system, light equipment and an attractive bar. The nightclub is arranged over split levels and includes a bar area, a lowered dance floor and general seating area. The first floor level has an overall capacity for 250 persons.
Each floor is serviced by ladies & gents toilet facilities.
The cellar is situated on the ground floor to the rear of the bar. Images further benefits from CCTV throughout and recently installed ceiling mounted electric split (heat/cool) system.
Location
Images occupies a prominent trading position in the centre of the historic town of Lanark, which is perhaps the best known town within the Clyde Valley. Lanark has a variety of sports and recreational facilities including Lanark Golf Club, which boasts a championship standard 18 hole golf course.
Lanark offers a broad range of shops, supermarkets & restaurants, and has both rail & bus stations providing frequent services to Glasgow. Edinburgh can be accessed in around an hours drive (approx. 33miles).
Accommodation
Images has been in our clients ownership for circa 13 years, only now being offered to the market so our clients can enjoy a well-earned retirement. The pub is a popular meeting place for locals, where they can enjoy a game of pool or watch live sports. At the weekends, Images host entertainment nights including Karaoke, Live Music & Pub Quiz.
The business is currently run by our clients with the help of 1 Full-time and 4 Part-time members of staff.
