The Golf Club is located at the top of Dunoon, a popular tourist town on the Cowal peninsular. The subjects are situated in a prominent position at the main entrance to the Golf Club. Dunoon has a resident population of around 9,540 and is a popular tourist destination and visitor numbers greatly expand this during the summer months. The property itself is offered in a turnkey condition and is currently fitted out to a good standard throughout; offering a lounge bar, public bar, café, large extensive commercial kitchen and ground floor changing facilities for members.
