Location Highlights
The property is in a rural location in an elevated position with far reaching views over the Yorkshire Dales but also close to the nearby town of Barnoldswick (1 mile away). The town is well served with shops, a library, doctor's surgery and health centre, dentists and banks, with good bus links.
Skipton is 10 miles north east of the park, accessed via the A59. To the west is the town of Clitheroe 11 miles via the A59 and the City of Bradford is 27 miles south east along the A629.

To the rear of the site is a quarry rock face and also an area that has been part cleared to provide a storage area for the site if required. The land above the quarry rises to the west and is moorland.
There is grazing land with its own access to the highway.
