Withdrawn - Last updated: 27 April 2016

Planning Consent
Planning Permission has now been granted under the title of the River Braan Development (Ref: 10/01066/FUL).
It has been designed as a mixed-use commercial and residential scheme, but this could be implemented in many ways and evolved as the buyer sees fit – the most obvious being to extend the existing hotel.
The current plan comprises:
a) The reduction and refurbishment of the existing hotel, converting it to an Inn with Bistro and market garden.
b) Development of the existing courtyard into a mix of 3x residential units and 1 commercial unit.
c) Conversion of the west wing of the existing hotel into a pair of semi detached houses.
There is also consent for a detached 6 bedroom house adjacent to the hotel which may be available separately. A significant part of the development proposals
are based around ‘sustainability’ with on site production of electricity, renewable heating and water conservation.
Price
Offers are invited in excess of £425,000.
