The location of the spaces are ideally located for a user from local businesses (including additional staff car park) requiring easy access to the A5 with onward travel to J10 of the M42 and Junction 4 of the M6 Toll. The spaces could also be used collectively as secure/outdoor storage land.

Terms
A new licence to occupy for a minimum term of 6 months, to include a contribution to the maintenance of the car park spaces, estate road and general site.
The land as a whole is available on a new lease for a term to be agreed. Leases will be drawn on an effective full repairing and insuring basis. There is the possibility to enclose the car park spaces to provide further security if required and terms dependant.
