Location
Oldbury is a town in Sandwell, West Midlands. It is part of the Black Country and the administrative centre of the borough of Sandwell.
The property is situated on the eastern side of Churchbridge which is a short distance to the south of Oldbury town centre, with the northern boundary of the property being the canal.
