The site is accessed off Churchbridge (A4034) and located about a quarter of a mile from Junction 2 of the M5 Motorway. This provides excellent connectivity to the local and national road and motorway network. The M5/M6 Interchange being approximately 5 miles from the site.
Oldbury is approximately 6 miles to the west of Birmingham, 1 ½ miles to the south-west of West Bromwich, 3 ½ miles east of Dudley and about 4 ½ miles from Halesowen.
Birmingham International Airport being some 14 miles distant and the East Midlands Airport 38 miles.

The site is approached off Churchbridge on to a shared roadway and accessed via a pair of large sliding gates to the left hand side.
The site itself is generally level and benefits from being hard concrete surfaced in the main making it ideal for open storage of products, machinery or vehicles. Perimeter fencing secures the site.
In addition, the use of 2x 20 foot secure storage containers will be provided to the ingoing tenant.
