In terms of motorway access it is well located in the UK, located approximately 2.0 miles north of junction 14 of the M40 motorway.

The site is directly north of Gallows Hill, with Warwick Technology Park adjacent to the west, open fields to the east (future residential development) and also to the north (proposed primary school development and stadium development).

There are a number of other roadside uses in the immediate area along Europa Way including Rybrook Warwick BMW, Volvo Warwick and Synter Select Warwick.


The site is held freehold and will be sold with vacant possession.
