Lindridge consists of an irregular shaped development site located on the south side of Kirkoswald Road and to the west of Milton Wynd, a modern flatted development by Barratt Homes. The site is currently overgrown in vegetation.
Previous planning consent has existed for the development of a large single detached house (02/01473/FUL), a hotel (07/00775/OUT) and, latterly an application was made for three detached house (16/00198/APP) although this was withdrawn. The scheme noted opposite; however, shows potential for four detached dwellings, subject to obtaining the necessary consents.
Further enquiries should be directed to South Ayrshire Council Planning Department on 01292 611107.
