Location

The land is a prominent site at the junction of Limerick Road and West Coatham Lane which lies at the primary entrance to Dormanstown Industrial Estate in Redcar.

The site is bounded by the A1085 Trunk Road to the North and West and by West Coatham Lane to the south and Limerick Road to the East.

The A1085 provides easy access onto the A66 and A19. The A19 is one of two of the most important North to South routes serving the region and particularly the Teesside conurbations. Redcar Town Centre is approximately 2 miles south of the subject site and Middlesbrough is 8 miles to the west.
