Location

Beith has a resident population of approximately 6,346 persons (Census 2001) and is located within North Ayrshire on the A737 trunk road approximately 18 miles south west of Glasgow city centre, 12 miles south west of Paisley and 12 miles north of Irvine. The A737 trunk road connects Beith directly with the M8 motorway providing direct access to Glasgow International Airport. Planning
The site has full Planning Permission for the erection of 5 executive detached dwellings (reference: N/07/01232/PP) which was granted in 2007 subject to a Section 75 agreement relating to the proceeds of a previous sale being placed in trust for repairs over Woodside House. We are advised that this planning condition has now been discharged. We are advised that the Planning Permission is now live due to the commencement of the works for the access road and services although would recommend that any potential purchaser clarify all matters in respect of planning with North Ayrshire Council Planning Department.
