A Section 32 Agreement will be used to burden the title with the prescribed timescales. All as delineated in the site plan. Access will be taken from the existing junction within the estate which also serves occupiers of Carn Mor House. No secondary access will be permitted. Purchasers should be aware that they would be liable for the shared maintenance obligation of the Carn Mor access road.
