Location

The subjects of sale are located in Armadale, a town situated towards the west of the county with a local population of approximately 11,000. Armadale lies a couple of km west of Bathgate, one of the county’s two largest settlement areas. Armadale’s close proximity to Junction 4 of the M8 motorway provides convenient access to Edinburgh, Glasgow and the amenities of the central belt.
 
Within Armadale, the subjects are situated on West Main Street, some 300m west of the crossroad at the town centre. The areas immediately to the north and west of the subjects are residential. The main A89 road fronts the subjects to the south. To the east is the town centre.
