Logic Leeds is located within the Aire Valley Enterprise Zone, and has planning consent for up to 1.6 million sq.ft. of industrial/warehouse buildings. A wide variety of size ranges can be accommodated from 20,000 sq.ft. to approximately 500,000 sq.ft. All buildings will be designed in accordance with the occupiers'required operation and specifcation and will be completed to the highest standards.

Location
Logic Leeds is strategically located at the new gateway to Leeds, only a quarter of a mile west of Junction 45 of the M1 motorway. It is just one-and-a-half miles east of Leeds city centre on the new East Leeds Link Road. Access is directly off the new Bellwood roundabout.
