Location

The site is located just off Dumbarton Road, Clydebank, approximately half a mile to the west of Clydebank Town Centre, which itself lies 7 miles west of Glasgow city centre. The property is easily accessible to the M8 motorway via the A814 linking with the Erskine Bridge, or alternatively the A814 leading to the Clydeside Expressway joining the M8 at Junction 19. The property also has the benefit of excellent transport communications with Glasgow International Airport in close proximity and nearby bus and rail links. Clydebank has a resident population of approximately 47,000 people and has attracted both indigenous and inward investment companies including Vodaphone, Radio Clyde PLC, Stena Group, Clydesdale Bank PLC, Booker PLC and Scottish Ambulance Service. As part of the focus on the Clyde River Corridor, Clydebank is currently being transformed by extensive regeneration under the Clydebank Rebuilt Project.
