Hampshire International Business Park is a good-quality B1 employment site on an established business park. It forms part of a larger property owned by Shire Pharmaceuticals where there is an existing 1980s office building of 3,254 sq m (35,029 sq ft) on 1.25 hectares (3.1 acres). Shire brought the existing building and this expansion land from Air Products in 2001. The business park is about 2.5 miles north of Basingstoke town centre and 3.5 miles north of Junction 6 of the M3. The site is surrounded by mixed use B1/B2/B8 buildings on three sites with farmland to the north.
