This industrial estate comprises single-storey light industrial warehouse units on a mixed-use industrial estate, totalling around 3,400 sq ft. Hainault Industrial Estate can be accessed from Romford Road and Forest Road. Forest Road leads to Barkingside and Romford Road/A1112, which in turn link to the A12.
