It was originally built in the late 1970s and comprises industrial units with office space, of steel portal frame construction with part brickwork/blockwork and steel profiled clad elevations beneath a pitched steel profiled sheet roof. Minimum unobstructed headroom to the production area is approximately 11 feet. The office space is fitted out to a good standard with suspended ceilings, perimeter radiator heating, aluminium framed double glazed windows and carpeted floors. The estate is located about a mile northeast of Newtown and immediately off the A483 Newtown to Welshpool road.
