Commerce Park near Croydon is a newly built warehouse and industrial distribution park, accessed via Commerce Way off the A23 Purley Way. There are good road communications with Central London (about 10 miles to the north) and the M23/M25 (about seven miles to the south). The Croydon Tramlink is within a reasonable walking distance, Waddon Marsh being the closest station. The Tramlink provides direct links to Croydon town centre and Wimbledon.
