Bugatti Industrial Park is a small terrace of workshop units of steel framed construction with concrete floors throughout. The external walls are of cavity brickwork to a dado level, above which is insulated steel sheeting. Internally the units have an internal clear height of 5m (16ft 5in). The park is off Norham Road South and about a quarter of a mile from the A1058 Coast Road dual carriageway. North Shields town centre is approximately two miles east and Newcastle city centre nine miles to the west.
