You can quickly search for properties on property criteria using either traditional lists, but also different map views. You can choose how many properties are on a page up to 50 and zoom in and out on the map to cover more properties. If you don’t find what you are looking for, register your search & and we will send you an email of any new properties coming on to the market matching your criteria. Details of your searches are kept within your property shorlist.
Best Imagery Available
NovaLoca offers aerial imagery is available for all locations, and in ever increasing areas of the UK, ‘birds eye views’ are also available allowing views of properties from 45 degree angles.
Comprehensive Property Details
Details include agents contact and web details; and where available additional photos, virtual tours, links, plans and other information.
Tracking Properties
Keep track of properties by adding them to your property shortlist, just register with as little as your name and email address. You can receive notification of any changes to your properties, updates, offers, and where available, details of eventual deals. Once properties have been sold or let their details will remain on our search engine as a useful reference tool.
Printing and Saving
You can print, or email, details of any property and they will appear like a set of particulars, not a web page. You can also print or email lists of properties directly from your ‘watched’ list. The last 100 properties that you viewed will also be automatically saved.
