It is proposed to build 2 units next to a drive thru facility which will be occupied by STEPHENS BAKERY DRIVE THRU.
There will be 29 car park spaces in the car park to be shared with Stephens. There is a separate ALDI on the adjoining site which has its own car park. The units will be built to a shell specification – details on request.
Alternatively consideration may be given to using the space for EV charging or similar.

The site is located on the west side of Leven about 2 miles from the town centre. The site is on the north side of Turpie Road at its junction with the A915 ( Windygates Road ) which forms the main road linking Kirkcaldy to St Andrews.
Immediately adjacent to the site is a recently completed ALDI store whilst directly opposite is the main entrance to the DIAGEO factory.
