Alex works within the Industrial Agency Team in the SHW South London office in Croydon.

Alex is Head of all four London and M25 regional offices at SHW. He specialises in the sale, letting and acquisition of industrial, office and mixed use properties across the South East of England as well as providing specialist industrial investment advice.

Based in the SHW Brighton office, Alex specializes in the acquisition and disposal of retail properties across the South Coast and South London.

Based in the SHW South London office, Charlie works in the Surrey, South London & Kent areas and works in agency including the sale, letting and acquisition of all types of commercial properties.

David heads up the SHW Sussex Coast Business Space Department with responsibility for the agency operations for the Brighton, Eastbourne and Worthing Offices, covering a full range of agency work.

As a partner in the SHW West Sussex Coast team, Duncan concentrates on all aspects of commercial agency, including retail, industrial and office agency.

Based in the SHW Brighton office, James has experience covering a full range of agency work across the Sussex area.

Laura works within the Crawley / Gatwick Business Space agency team & is involved with all aspects of the sales & lettings of both office & industrial properties across Sussex & Surrey.

Mark heads up the SHW South West M25 office. Mark has over 25 years’ experience in all experience in all sectors of the commercial property market but specializes in Business Space Agency, both disposal and acquisition; advising occupiers on dealing with existing premises, property strategy and acquiring new premises and acting for landlords. He is also involved in development and investment.

Martin Clark is based in the SHW Brighton office and works on property throughout the South East, specialising in Investment Agency.

As head of the Crawley/Gatwick office, Peter specialises in the sale, acquisition and valuation of residential development and investment opportunities.

Richard works in the Development Consultancy Division based between Croydon and London Piccadilly.

Richard is the Head of the South London, Surrey and Kent Region since 2004.

Richard heads the Retail Agency department in the Brighton office with responsibility for overseeing the company’s retail activities across the south east.

Based in the Epsom office, Thomas is a surveyors in Business Space Agency & Lease Advisory.
