Partick Housing Association is the charitable, registered social landlord, parent organisation. PHA is the group’s asset owner and employer, responsible for strategy, funding, statutory and regulatory compliance, customer service and social housing development.
Services Offered And Area Covered
Partick Works is an independent trading company, wholly owned by Partick Housing Association. It manages and delivers the factoring services, capital projects including social housing development and manages our commercial units. Any profit made by Partick Works goes back into Partick Housing Association to help them deliver better levels of services to their customers in a variety of ways.
There is a fully structured Board which professionally manages the company in accordance with regulatory requirements and in line with Partick Housing Association’s strict code of conduct. They also look at the wider community in order that the organisation is kept up to date with the needs and aspirations of the area, which is Partick in the west end of Glasgow.
