DPC House is situated on the south side of The Broadway which is a cul de sac off Great Central Road which leads from Ratcliffe Gate, the former A617 Mansfield - Newark Road, in the north and Littleworth in the south west. Ratcliffe Gate is one of the principal routes leading from Mansfield, Rainworth, Blidworth and Newark.
The Broadway is situated less than half a mile from the centre of the large town of Mansfield which is the sub regional centre for north west Nottinghamshire with a catchment population of 100,000 and provides a wide range of shops including The Four Seasons Shopping Centre, markets, retail parks, schools and regular bus services to Nottingham, Chesterfield and Worksop which are some 14, 12 and 13 miles away respectively.
The town has a rail link via The Robin Hood LIne to Worksop and Nottingham and there is excellent road access via the A38 to Junction 28 of the M1 Motorway and via the A617 to Junction 29, both of which are about 8 miles distance.
