Mixed layout building catering from 1 to over 100 desks.   Our smallest self contained offices are 250 sq/feet and hold up to 4 desks.    We can cater for any size or layout of office you need.

The building was purpose built in 1999 for an IT department of a large multi national company.  It has a modern look and feel, bright and spacious.  All floors have a raised floor so power and networking can be adapted to meet any arrangement you may need.

Terms

For Office Space, minimum of a 12 month license.

For Hot Desks, month to month rolling contract.
