Over the years, our monthly newsletters have compiled the market’s most recent news and explored its most prolific regions, providing news both new and ongoing, relevant for both agents and occupiers with a keen eye on the commercial property market. We also take the opportunity to explore regional markets, and promote local agencies by featuring some of their most enticing properties.

January 2017 – Bristol and Bath – Agent and Occupier Newsletter
Our most recent Newsletter covered the exceptional business hub of Bristol, and Bath’s increasingly lucrative retail potential. We interviewed Chris Miles of Russell Property Consultants on future Bristol projects, spotlighted a number of developments in the area, and even compiled the second of what is set to be a regular batch of video blogs.
Christmas
For our Christmas issue, we looked back at the top performing agents of the year, compiled a collection of agent interviews, and provided an overview of our most popular blog articles, culminating in one of our most involved and well-received newsletters yet.

Our Agent Newsletters keep agents informed of industry events, recent developments, and the latest happenings at NovaLoca
October 2016 – Scottish Newsletter
Our Scottish newsletter looked into the 120 companies listing properties in Scotland, and looked into the statistics of the top-performing agents in the region.
October 2016 – Leeds – Agents and Occupier Newsletter
We covered Leeds as plans began on its South Bank regeneration project, encouraging its agents and residents to have their say on the South Bank website. Meanwhile, we covered the city’s office and retail markets and, as always, highlighted some of the best properties currently available with the city’s leading agencies.
September 2016 – Agent Newsletter
In September’s newsletter we featured more of our agents’ featured properties, as well as a comparison of websites for agencies in Manchester following a team-up with ZipBox.
August 2016 – Birmingham – Agent and Occupier Newsletter
In our Birmingham Newsletter, we interviewed two of the city’s local agents and covered the council’s 20-year vision known as the “Big City Plan”. We also investigated Birmingham’s investment potential, looked into its current and ongoing property developments, and discussed the new HSBC UK offices and Curzon Station reconstructions.
June 2016 – Agents Newsletter
This early agents newsletter celebrated the launch of our ZipBox web solution, plus a number of positive reviews from our clients. We also commiserated our defeat at the IAS 5-a-side football contest, but we don’t like to talk about that one….
